Programmes & Initiatives

A portfolio of programmes for every stage of practice.

E-Magazine

A practitioner-led editorial publication on construction law, disputes, and industry practice.

The editorial magazine covers case developments, contract and claims commentary, jurisdictional updates, and member profiles grounded in live project and dispute experience. Each edition is shaped by a member-led editorial board and distributed internationally, with an annual print edition.

The benchmark is simple: content senior construction lawyers and in-house counsel would read, reference, and share.

Mentorship Cohorts

Structured mentorship cohorts pairing senior practitioners with professionals and law students in the construction and infrastructure legal space.

Each cohort runs over six months with bespoke matching based on practice area, jurisdiction, and career stage. Engagement is structured — not informal — with facilitated quarterly convenings and a defined framework for both parties. Mentor orientation is provided.

This is not networking. It is deliberate, accountable professional guidance.

Internship Programmes

Merit-based internship opportunities in construction and infrastructure legal practice.

ConstructHER facilitates internship opportunities through participating member organisations, in-house teams, and law firms. Placements are oriented toward live construction and infrastructure work. The focus is practical exposure at an early stage, when access to the sector is hardest to find.

Webinars & Conferences

Practitioner-led sessions on construction law, disputes, and project practice.

Sessions are not academic in nature. They are rooted in practical insights and on-ground, site-related experience — covering claims strategy, renewable energy risk, cross-border dispute resolution, and contract drafting under pressure. Content is live and available on-demand. CPD eligibility applies where applicable by jurisdiction.
